The Tech I had on 04.21.22 was TREMENDOUS. I really appreciated his explaining things that should have been caught previously by former technicians but that he caught and brought to my attention to take care of and ensure my units are operating at peak efficiency. I am someone who maintains her equipment (as my Dad taught me) and to know that some of these issues should have been brought to my attention earlier, was frustrating to hear at the least. You need more people like Cesar Tinoco. I would also go as far as to have him train future employees as well. Cannot say enough good things about him...even my deaf GSD ended up putting her head on his arm as he was sitting at my table explaining things and that means she likes him and has accepted he is not of harm (she also has brain damage so I ask that no one pets her just in case the movement triggers her fear). Thank you for sending him to my house!!!!

Great work, they seemed to of done an excellent job. I was told in the quotation process they would have to cut my drywall, and they did not, and never recieved an explanation of why, they also took my brand new air filters, I was told they would return them Monday, job completion was on Friday, and they never followed through, no explanation provided again, I assume they made a promise and forgot about it. So, great work, average workers.

Mr. Walker thank you for appreciating our work we did for you. please rest assure your system is not missing anything it needs. The process I discussed with you that if we could not make a proper connection on the duct work that feeds the downstairs living area we would open up the sheet rock in you upstairs master bedroom office area. You explained that was not a big deal that you could repair the opening if needed. You than showed me a spot in your ceiling where you repaired a water heater over flow. We did remove the existing filters that we installed in the grille and installed two brand new filters with the new system. The team had loaded up all the debris and old system and removed from premises. When I arrived to perform the Quality Control walk thru with you at 6:30 pm. I explained that we did not need to cut open the sheetrock and you even said that the air flow was good downstairs. you were impressed with installation and the outdoor unit. We apologize for the miscommunication that took place and I will bring you 2 new filters. Thank You, Brian Wright

I made the mistake of calling out a local ac guy that tried to sell me a whole new ac. I've used Crossway Mechanical before and should have known better than to use anyone else. Everything from Valerie setting up the service and following up the day before, to Jose who has serviced my ac in the past. Jose fully explained and walked everything through to show me exactly what the issue was. He also explained costs and assured me I most certainly did not need a new ac or the ac damper the previous company were trying to sell me. This is our second time using this company. The first time they installed a drain pan, cleared lines and made some adjustments to the drainage lines. This time, they refilled the Freon. The tech recommended we start getting ready to replace our 20 year old unit, and also didn't think it was worthwhile to try to find refrigerant leaks given the age of the system. That's a matter of opinion, but the service was prompt and courteous and done right as far as I can tell.

I called Crossway and spoke with Brian on Sunday evening, July 15th, after my AC stopped working and there was a strong, undefinable odor in my home. Brian came out at 8:30 p.m., went to my attic and started sending me pictures of burned wires and a mother board that were still popping. He immediately turned off all power to the AC unit, inside and out. We discussed options and I decided on an undated unit that was promptly installed the next day by Jose, Luis and Xavi. They were very polite and made sure that I understood all that I needed to. I truly believe that Brian saved my life and home by his quick actions. I even received a sizable discount because of having an annual contract with Crossway. God bless them.

Joey arrived on time, informed me of the time he would take do to the maintenance and finished it around the time he estimated. He the proceeded to explain in detail what he did on the two A/C units in our house. We decided to replace a condenser unit, he gave me a quote, we agreed. We are part of Crossway Mechanical’s maintenance program and we signed up for it after they did a wonderful job in Dec 2017(Joey was here that day) when they installed two new furnaces.
